Broth Soup
What is Ramen? It is another Japanese soul food. You could enjoy it either at fancy restaurant or at Ramen cart on the street in Japan. No matter where you decide to eat, broth soup is very important for Ramen. Our broth soup contains a variety of fresh ingredients. It takes a certain amount of time to make it and it requires a lot of patience and love & soul. Our broth soup matches well with our signature homemade noodles which are absolutely NO MSG. There are Chicken, Pork and Vegetable broth.
Homemade Noodles
In the Ramen bowl, there are a variety of elements which make a delicious harmony. The main character is, needless to say, the Noodles. Our Noodles are all hand-made in house, using a ramen machine specially brought from Japan. We make six kinds of Noodles for each different soup. The combination of Soup and Noodles is core for the bowl. With basic ingredients of flour and brine water with perfect ratio, we add some other ingredients for uniqueness with using soft water. Also we explored to find the best diameter, form and texture with good body for each soup. No artificial colors. No MSG. Our noodles are safe, fresh and most importantly delicious!
Ramen in Style
Ramen is for everyone, not just for guys. That is our philosophy as well. In general, Shio and Miso from Hokkaido (North area in Japan), Tonkotsu is from Kyushu (South area in Japan) and Shoyu is from Tokyo. And each prefecture/area has an original local Ramen. We serve all of the popular ones and some different kinds such as TAN-TAN MEN, Ramen Salad with Ichifuku style. Enjoy your favorite Ramen bowls and we will make your day!
